This was a fun little and highly educational project that I got to do for the Living Oceans Society on behalf of Beyond Expectations. The illustrations demonstrate just how sizeable the sediment safe zones need to be in order to protect these delicate and unique ecosystems in our coastal waters. I can honestly say I enjoyed learning about our Glass Sponge Reefs just as much as I did in being a small part of their protection through these pieces.
